The CL-1250C is a Gigabit Ethernet transceiver that repeats optical signals between two fiberoptic ports. The CL-1250C can convert signals between RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet connections and singlemode fiber optic. CL-1250C can be configured to transmit over one or two fiber strands. The CL-1250C expands network data transmission distances beyond 100m limitation of twisted pairto maximum 110km by transmitting over singlemode fiberoptic cable in ful duplex mode. The CL-1250C has easy-to-read diagnostic LED's for continuous status report on network speed, duplex media access control connection and network traffic. The CL-1250C uses standard SC or SC/APC fiberoptic connectors and is IEEE 802.3z 1000BASE-FX compliant and operates with all devices that adhere to this standard. |
